Cleaning & Grading: A multi-function cleaner removes dust, stones, and impurities. The clean grain is then elevated and precisely graded.
Hulling & Separation: Graded buckwheat enters the huller. The mixture is then air-separated and double-screened.
Packaging & Recycling: Whole groats and husks are packaged separately. Unhulled grains automatically return to the huller for a second pass, ensuring 100% raw material utilization and zero waste.
