5XFZ-series Air-screen Cleaning Machine with Gravity Separator, consists of Ultra-low Broken Rate Bucket Elevator, Dust Catcher, Vertical Screen, and Large size Gravity Table.
5XFZ-25 Air-screen Cleaning Machine can remove :
•Light impurity such as dust, bran shell,straw through air screen
•Bigger and smaller sizes heavy impurities through screens
•Blighted seed, budding seed, damaged seed (by insect), rotten seed, budding seeds,by the gravity table
5XFZ-25 Air-screen Cleaning Machine Feature:
1. It can replace Gravity Separator or improve the purity of grain going into the Gravity Separator, such will reduce the workload of the Gravity Separator, improving the Gravity Separator's capacity
2. The capacity can reach 20 tons per hour, when processing commodity grain such as wheat, paddy, corn, sorghum and beans. It can remove more than 90% light and unavailable grains such as blighted seed, budding seed, damaged seed (by insect), rotten seed, deteriorated seed, moldy seed, non-viable seed etc
3. Combine wind-selection, Gravity-selection, Sieve-selection and Grading together, Saving labor and energy, reducing consumption
