5XFS-5CS Dual Dust Air-Screening Machine:
1. 5XFS series air-screen cleaner sifts the light impurities when the material is fed to vertical screen by elevator according to grain's aerodynamic feature.
2. Then grain going to vibration sieve, is clean large and small impurities by adjusting different types of high precise sieves in accordance with different grain sizes.
3. Meantime material can be divided to different grade by different layers setting.
4. Three-layer screening machine is to separate the material to best and small grain; four-layer screening machine is to separate best, medium and small grain.
Equipped with the second de-dust device, the broken grain and dust will be separated.
